What should I do if I get injured at work?

• Report the injury to your employer and ensure it is recorded in the workplace incident register.

• Submit your claim to your employer and their WorkCover insurer.

• Seek medical attention from a WorkCover doctor or GP for assessment.

• Your doctor may issue a Certificate of Capacity, which is required for a workers' compensation claim.
